The charity ALONE is urging people to check on older during the cold weather.
It follows a Yellow Status Yellow – Snow-Ice warning for Tipperary and the rest of Munster this Thursday.
Temperatures set to drop significantly and the charity who support older people are asking everyone to ensure they have enough heat, electricity, food, and other essentials.
The national organisation says a kind call or visit could make all the difference.
