Tipperary County Council is offering a total of 27 homes this week for approved applicants on the social housing list that have registered for the Choice Based letting system.
Under the Choice Based Letting system all applicants eligible for a particular home can express their interest simultaneously – this is intended to speed up the allocation time and to reduce the refusal rate.The council is again reminding applicants who log in to view the homes on a pin protected website to fully complete the checkout process to correctly record their expression of interest.
This week’s list includes 9 two bedroomed homes in Roscrea, 8 two bed homes in Cahir, 7 three bed roomed homes in Cahir, 1 four bedroomed home in Cahir, one four bed in Clonmel and 1 one two bed in Fethard.
Applicants will only be able to View and Express an Interest in properties which they are approved for in terms of size 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed etc. Under the Choice Based Letting Scheme only the successful candidates will be notified by post of the final outcome.
