Drivers are advised of foggy weather conditions in Tipperary this morning.
It is recommended that drivers use their fog lights were appropriate and to allow a safe distance between themselves and vehicles ahead of them. On a motorway, the stopping distance when travelling 120km/h is 78 metres on a dry road. This will increase to 145 metres if the surface is wet.
Drivers are also advised to allow a little extra time for their journey until the driving conditions improve.
