Tonight’s event begins at 8.30pm. Cllr O’Heney is one of 10 candidates in the South Tipperary Constituency to date – nominations will formally open at 10am on Thursday November 14th and close at noon November 16th according to James Seymour, the Returning Officer for both the North and South Tipperary Constituencies.
