Knockanrawley Resource centre in Tipperary town is to host two separate day time events on Wednesday about Public Safety, Fire Prevention and local Public Transport.
The first event begins at 10.30am and will feature Community Garda Sergeant Ray Moloney giving advice about Security and Safety in homes especially during the winter months. The second presentation will be from Tipperary Fire Service about possible fire risks with a particular focus on the winter period. The event is free of charge and will run from 10.30am to noon tomorrow(Wednesday November 6th) There is no need to book in advance and all are welcome to attend. The event is organised by the Tipperary town Residents Association network in conjunction with Knockanrawley.
At noon on Wednesday a second event is to feature information about the local link transport service. The local route is known as the 855 and operates between Tipperary town, Limerick Junction Bansha, Cahir, New Inn, Cashel, Golden Thomastown and Kilfeacle Mondays to Saturday. This event is being hosted by the Young at Heart Social club and all are welcome to attend.
