There were mixed fortunes for Tipperary teams in Munster club competitions over the weekend.
Clonoulty Rossmore Senior camogie team were knocked out of the Munster Competition on a score line of Clonoulty Rossmore 0-13 Truagh Clonlara (Clare) 3-10.
Cashel King Cormacs Intermediate hurling team were victorious over Newcastle West from Limerick on a scoreline of 0-20 to 2-13 and will now take on Kerry Champions Abbeydorney in the semi-final on November 17th with the venue yet to be fixed.
Cappawhite Ladies Intermediate Football team were defeated by St Ailbes in their Munster Semi final game on a score line of 3 points to 3 – 15. St Ailbes from Limerick now progress to the Munster Final on November 10th
In soccer – St Michaels Boys under 13 team won their Tipperary Cup final on Saturday defeating Bansha Celtic FC while the senior team won their Round 3 FAI Junior cup tie against Two Mile Borris on a scoreline of 4 goals to 3.
