The series which runs on the third Tuesday of each month until March 2025 will cover some diverse subjects ranging from Brian Hughes on the final days of the Royal Irish Constabulary to the Irish Girls’ Friendly Society who assisted girls as they emigrated.
The series is provided free of charge by Tipperary Library Service.

The organisers are advising the public that no parking is available at the Source Car Park or in the Car Park under the Source building for several months due to construction works and fire damage.
Patrons can park at the former Munster Hotel car park on Cathedral Street or at the Liberty Square Car park or the Car Park opposite Tesco also in the town centre.
Special arrangements are in place for patrons that need lift access to the event and such persons are asked to contact the Library Service at 052 6166123.
Patrons should allow a little extra time when travelling to Thurles to ensure they arrive in time for the 7pm start.
