Cashel Palace is being recognised in a new Michelin Guide Award for Hotels. The Hotel has already achieved a Michelin Star for it’s restaurant the Bishops Buttery and has now been awarded a rating of 2 Michelin Keys for its overall hotel experience – the Award highlights the hotel offering in respect of design, architecture, service and personality.
Cashel Palace Hotel GM Adrian Bartels and Concierge Sally McGrath travelled to London for the Awards ceremony.
Adare Manor and Ballyfin Demense were both awarded 3 Michelin Keys – the highest rating available. Adare Manor was also voted as the ‘Best Resort in Europe’ for the third year in a row by the readers of Condé Nast Traveler Magazine.
Eleven other Irish hotels were also awarded Michelin keys yesterday including No 1 Pery Square in Limerick which was awarded a single Key rating.
