The O.N.E Irish Veterans Organization will hold its annual Fuchsia Collection in Tipperary Town on next Friday 4th October 2024 and in Carrick On Suir on Saturday 12th October.
All monies collected will go to help Veterans from the Defence Forces who are homeless and have health issues. O.N.E operates 4 homes and a larger facility for 35 veterans in Dublin. There are 14 Veteran Support Centres operating including one in Carrick on Suir. Additional homes planned for Galway and Louth, will contribute to a target of providing 80+ single bedrooms across nine houses nationwide by ONE’s 75th anniversary at the end of 2026.
Gerry Cronin from the Local Branch of O.N.E says “All donations no matter the amount will help ONE and be gratefully received.”
