The price of a home in the County Tipperary soared to 20,000 euro more year-on-year in July.
The latest data from the Central Statistics Office shows the average cost of a home in the Premier County in July 2023 was 200,000 this year it’s 220,000 euro.
Within the county Tipperary Town and hinterland is the cheapest to buy a house at 166,000 euro on average.
While the dearest place is Cashel and its hinterland area at over 242,000 euro to purchase a house on average.
Nationally the report has found residential property prices rose by 9.6% in the 12 months to July.
