Uisce Eireann is giving customers in the Cashel area advance notice of supply disruptions over 3 hours in Cashel on Thursday. The works are part of the National Leakage Reduction Programme.
The company is to install new water meters in the Farranamanagh, Windmill and surrounding areas near Cashel. The works are scheduled to take place from 2pm until 5pm on Thursday September 19th.
Uisce Eireann says it will be up to 3 or 4 hours after the estimated completion time for customers’ supply to fully return to normal.
Uisce Eireann can be contacted by telephone by calling 1800 278 278 and is also encouraging customers to sign up for text alerts about water supply disruptions. This service is available on the website water.ie and customers need to input their Eircode and Mobile Phone number to register for the text alert.
