Three Tipperary Businesses To Take Part In LIDL Kickstart Programme

Three Tipperary Businesses are to take part in the LIDL Kickstart programme in conjunction with Lidl and Bord Bia.   The programme involves specific products of the food producers being stocked in over 200 LIDL stores for two weeks starting on September 19^th.

Inch black and white puddings from Inch House near Thurles, Walsh’s gourmet burgers from Clonmel(Chuck & Brisket beef burgers and Lamb, feta & spinach burgers) and Rívesci who make a condiment (Chilli Catsup) and also based in Clonmel will take part this year.  The programme supports producers  in advancing  their product,  brand and business with advice from Lidl experts along the way. In total 45 different food items from 20 counties have been selected for this year’s programme.  The exposure could lead to a long term deal with Lidl.
