40th Annual Variety Show Preparations Are Underway For Tipperary Town

Preparations are underway for the 40th Annual Variety Show in the Marian Hall Tipperary town. This year’s event will be held on Friday September 20th.  

Ann O’Dwyer is leading the preparations with the support of a group of volunteers. 

The event will raise funds for two local charities – St Vincent’s Day Care Centre in Tipperary town and The Children’s Grief Centre in Limerick.

To date 35 different performers are booked for the event with Pat Marnane assisting with staging, music and sound. 

The Variety Show always provides a great night’s entertainment with a mix of music, dancing, singing and short dramatic or comedic segments with contributions from the Emly Players also scheduled.

The event will be MC’d by Ms Annie Ryan. The show in the Marian Hall will begin at 8pm on September 20th which is also the date for Culture Night in 2024.
