Uisce Eireann is giving notice of works at the Ardfinnan water treatment plant this evening.
This will lead to a water supply outage from 8pm until possibly 9am on Wednesday morning.
Areas affected are Ardfinnan, Ballyclerihan, Newcastle, Edenmore, Cahir East, Clogheen South, Poulatar Rural, Jamestown, Poulmucca, Knocklofty, Rathkeevin, Garryroe, Garrytemple, Lady’s Abbey, Neddans, Marlhill, Kilmalogue and surrounding areas in Co. Tipperary.
The repair works are due to finish at 5am tomorrow morning and based on this time Uisce Eireann expects supply will be fully restored between 8 and 9am tomorrow.
