TPPN Offers Six Week Wellbeing Programme In Mid-September

The Tipperary Public Participation Network  is offering a six-week wellbeing programme due to commence in mid-September.  Funding from the national Lottery is being use to deliver the programme which has been designed by Neil Dennehy, for Tipperary PPN. Mr Dennehy has worked for over 25 years in the area of mental and physical wellbeing.

The six broad themes are Functional fitness, Food awareness, Social Contact, Sustainable living, Mindfulness and Belonging.  The six sessions in Clonmel are morning sessions from 11am to 1pm over 6 Tuesdays and the programme is being offered in Thurles as an evening event between 7 and 9pm on Wednesdays. Participants are expected to attend either all of the morning sessions or all of the evening sessions.

Places can be booked on the Eventbrite platform. All groups registered with the PPN have been circulated about the wellbeing programme.  The Clonmel morning sessions will begin on September 17th while the Thurles evening sessions will begin on September 18th.

The Clonmel venue is Place 4 U at 25 Gladstone Street, while the Thurles venue is at the Thurles Chamber Enterprise Centre on the Jimmy Doyle Road.
