Third level students heading into their first year from the Cashel area have three weeks to apply for the Cashel Lions Club Corby Meaney College Bursaries.
The bursaries will be given to five successful applicants each receiving 1,000 euro.
The fund is intended to give financial assistance to students who are faced with the range of financial challenges involved in starting a course in a university or college.
The Bursaries are funded through donations made by the late Ms Corby in memory of her husband, a founding member of Cashel Lions Club and the late Pat Meaney who donated funds to a number of good causes.
