A Tipperary Food producer is to have their product stocked in the Lidl stores across all 32 counties for 2 weeks in September. Rivesci – now based in Clonmel after starting in Thurles, says it’s Chilli Catsup will be available in all Lidl Ireland and Lidl Northern Ireland stores from September 16th for 2 weeks.
The company has secured several Great Taste Awards for it’s products including a three Star Award for it’s Cashew Chilli Crush and one star for it’s Red Onion Marmalade. The company founders Declan Malone and Shannon Forrest began their business with a food truck that has since grown into a bricks and mortar operation in Irishtown, Clonmel.
The company has been selected as part of Lidl’s Kickstart 2024 programme supported by Bord Bia – The Irish Food Board. The company says distribution of the product will begin from Irishtown in Clonmel in the coming days and are appealing for nationwide promotion and support.
