Tipperary Musical Society will launch their 2024/2025 season on Friday 6th September in The Porter House, Tipperary Town at 8pm. All are welcome to meet existing members, the committee and the production team for our 2025 show “Rock of Ages”. Details of auditions, rehearsals and a briefing on the show will be provided on the night. New members are especially welcome, with no obligation to join. No previous experience in singing, music or stage-work is necessary. We’d love to see you there!

Lark in the Park Music Festival Mill Road, Thurles on Saturday 7th September from 1pm. This fund-raising festival is organized to help pay for the new Astro Pitch, Ball Wall and Pitch at Thurles Gaels GAA Club. Thurles starting at 1pm. Tickets available on Eventbrite. Emly Hospice Support Group are holding a Country Music Night in Byrnes Tavern, Emly on Saturday night 24th August. Music by Dee Morrissey and she will be supported by jiving Tim who will call the steps. There will also be a raffle on the night. Your support would be appreciated. A great night guaranteed.
