Uisce Eireann are giving advance notice of repairs to the mains water supply on O’Brien street, Tipperary town on Tuesday, August 20th. The works are part of the National Leakage Reduction Programme and are scheduled to take place from 10am until 1pm on August 20th and will cause some supply disruption to the area.
It is expected to take 3 to 4 hours for the supply to return to normal after the works are completed.
The company had given notice that the works would be undertaken yesterday but the contractors did not arrive on site. Uisce Eireann can be contacted by telephoning 1800 278 278 and updates are also published on the company website at water.ie.
