Noel Fahy Footwear based in Cashel is set to close after almost 40 years in business.
In an announcement on Facebook owner Noel Fahy says he and the business are to retire at the end of the month.
Mr Fahy is thanking his loyal customers and his dedicated staff over the years.
Noel confirmed the shop will be closed for Tuesday and Wednesday and will reopen on Thursday (August 8th) for a retirement sale.
Listeners will be familiar with the voice of Noel Fahy who has recently celebrated 30 years presenting his radio programme The Crooked Road which you can hear every Sunday morning from 8am.
