Tipperary County Council is giving advance notice of a road closure in the Dundrum area next month to facilitate bridge repairs.
The Local Road at Cumask will be closed between August 12th and August 23rd. Traffic will be diverted along the R661 to Dundrum Village where it joins the R505 to Knockavilla. Traffic will then use the local road to Ballagh to complete the diversion route.
Drivers are asked to drive with caution in the area due to the extra traffic and drivers unfamiliar with the diversion route.
