Cashel Library is seeking volunteers to run conversational English classes with migrants and refugees. The Library aims to partner with Failte Isteach in the Autumn of 2024 to run conversational English classes.
Training and resources will be provided to the volunteers free of charge. The aim is to have informal classes that put a focus on conversation. If the person volunteering has experience of Teaching English as Foreign Language (TEFL)or English for Speakers of Other Languages(ESOL) it would be an added advantage.Anyone interested in becoming involved in the programme which is also a social opportunity to meet new people are asked to contact the Cashel Library before Wednesday 31st July 2024.
