The Tipperary Age Friendly EXPO takes place today. The free event will run from noon to 3pm and is being staged at the TUS Campus, on the Nenagh Road, in Thurles.
The event is intended to showcase a range of services and supports available for Positive Ageing in County Tipperary. A wide range of exhibitors will have information stands on the day in addition to refreshments and social dancing. Banks, Gardaí, Retirement Associations, the HSE, Housing suppliers, Citizens Information, the Tipperary Volunteer centre and the Tipperary Library service are amongst the organisations hosting stands on the day.
The event is organised by Age Friendly in collaboration with Tipperary County council and all are welcome to attend.
