A local girl from Cordangan has raised over €3,120 for the Laura Lynn Foundation for Sick Children. Erin O’Connor set up an appeal on iDonate Platform to gather money for the foundation in advance of her 7th birthday on May 31st as part of her “Locks of Love campaign”.
Erin allowed her hair to grow to attract sponsorship and to also have a 14 inch plait of hair to donate to the Princess Trust to be used to make a wig for children that need one due to illness or medical treatment.
