Drivers in Tipperary Town are reminded that site investigation works are ongoing on Fr. Mathew Street, Tipperary Town, until Friday 24th May 2024. A “Stop / Go” system will be in place on Fr. Mathew Street for the duration of these works.
The N74 Cashel road is to be significantly upgraded in a major project that also includes a new layout for the car park at St Michael’s Graveyard.
The project details are available on a dedicated website n74tipperarytown.ie. The traffic management plan for the project is not yet published despite contractors being on site for the project which is expected to take 18 months. The project extends over 1200m from Danny Ryan Music Shop to the town limits on the Cashel Road.
