Tipperary Garda have issued an appeal to drivers to drive and park responsibly  in Thurles at next Sunday’s Tipperary v Cork Munster Championship match.

Both sides need to win to stay alive in a very competitive round robin series of matches that will see the top three Munster teams remain in the hunt for the All Ireland series while the inter county season will end for the bottom two teams.

Garda ask that drivers park legally and responsibly and use the carparks provided around the town. Parking on footpaths and grass verges is not allowed and drivers  are warned that they may be fined for doing so.

Patrons are asked to be patient and work with Gardaí and match day stewards.

Tipp v Cork will throw in at 4pm on Sunday while at 2pm on Sunday in  Cusack Park Ennis,  Clare take on Waterford.
