Position – St Michael’s DCC Clg. Temporary Part-time Administrative Assistant.
10 Hours, two-days per week.This role is responsible for performing administrative duties in a professional and
courteous manner and supporting the manager in the delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry, uploading member details to our data base.
- Collating daily statistics, and recording data accurately.
- Scanning documents to cloud-based platform.
- Record keeping.
- Work as part of the team and the partners of St Michael’s DCC.
- Responsible for all administration duties as assigned.
Essential Individual Skills: - Pleasant character with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
- Familiar with cloud-based systems i.e. SharePoint.
- Knowledge of administration of social media platforms.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to interact positively with multiple groups.
- Be capable and competent of fulfilling the role to a high standard.

Position – St Michael’s DCC Clg. Temporary Part-time Cleaning Operative. 10 Hours per week.
We currently have a temporary vacancy for a Cleaning Operative who will be part of a structured team
responsible for the delivery of our services. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming hygienic
environment for the delivery of our services. As our Cleaning Operative you will be responsible for
providing a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our vulnerable members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment to a high standard.
- Vacuuming and mopping of designated areas to a high standard.
- Ensuring surfaces, floors and bathrooms are sanitized regularly.
- Monitoring cleaning supplies.
- Refill sanitizers, toilet rolls, wipes as required.

Measure and cut flooring materials to fit.
Install various types of flooring.
Ensure the flooring is properly sealed.
Answer any questions clients may have about the installation process.
