Uisce Eireann is giving advance notice of repair works on Thursday in Tipperary town. The works are part of the National Leakage Reduction Programme and may cause supply disruptions to Glenview Square, Tipperary Town and surrounding areas.
The company says a traffic management plan will be in place for the duration of the works
Works are scheduled to take place from 10am until 3pm on Thursday 18 April. Uisce Eireann estimates that it will take 2-3 hours after the estimated restoration time for supply to fully return for all customers.
Customers can contact Uisce Eireann via the Customer Care team at 1 800 278 278 – updates are also posted on the company website at water.ie. Vulnerable and Business customers can register for a text alert service that will inform the customer of any planned or unplanned water outages of more than four hours in duration.
