The local authority is due to make a decision on a major housing planning application in Cashel tomorrow .
The applicant JSF Property Holding Ltd is proposing to demolish an existing agricultural building and construct 139 homes along with a creche at Wallers Lot / Hughes Lot East in the town.
The type of housing would include two storey two bedroom terraced dwellings, two storey three bedroom semi-detached dwellings, two storey four bedroom semi detached dwellings, two storey four bedroom detached dwellings, 20 Apartments in a three storey block consisting of one and two bedrooms.
276 car parking spaces with 250 spaces for residents and 26 visitor and Creche parking spaces,
The development would be accessible from a new southern roundabout junction at the R692 Upper Green Road ( Clonmel Road).
The council are to make a decision on the planning application on Tuesday, April 16th.
