A Fine Gael councillor is raising concerns over the potential size of a structure being constructed at the Eir Exchange in Clogheen.
Marie Murphy says she’s in contact with the planning section of the council and broadband officer to try to get information on the matter.
Ms Murphy believes the foundations would indicate that it’s not going to be a small structure.
The local councillor says the lack of consultation with the local community on this issue is totally wrong.
The Fine Gaeler says there was no planning application submitted and there was no Section 5 declaration submitted to the Tipperary County Council to determine if the development was deemed exempted from the planning process.
