Repair crews are to complete repairs on the streetlights on St Michael’s Road and on St Patrick’s Avenue. Tipperary County Council Senior Engineer Michael Tierney says St Michael’s road lights were reported yesterday and repaired this morning. The St Patrick’s Avenue fault was reported on Saturday night and is being repaired at the moment. Mr Tierney confirms that in both areas faults were as a result of storm damage.
Tipp Mid West Radio has sought clarification as to whether any other public street lights will be repaired today in Tipperary town and that St Michael’s Street is included in today’s work.
