Tipperary-Cahir-Cashel Municipal District is offering a grant scheme for property owners with a view to improving the appearance of the streetscape and public realm of three town centres in the District – namely Tipperary, Cahir and Cashel.
Grants of 50% of the approved cost up to a maximum of €500 are available to property owners for painting and general improvement to commercial and residential buildings.
Property owners or occupiers interested in making an application must do so by the deadline of noon on Friday April 26th.
Application Forms and Guidelines are available on request from the Tipperary-Cahir-Cashel Council Office on Rosanna Road, Tipperary town or from the website at tipperarycoco.ie . Photographs of the property must be included with the application for the Painting Enhancement Scheme and the Council says as funds are limited there is no guarantee that funds will be allocated.
