A driver is facing a court appearance after failing a road breath test in South Tipperary.
Tipperary Roads Policing Unit were on patrol in the Ardfinnan area when they observed a vehicle travelling at speed & swerving on the road.
The individual was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.
Court proceedings have commenced against the driver.
Gardaí are warning motorists to never ever drink and drive.
