Ifac, Ireland’s farming, food and agribusiness specialist professional services firm, and a top 10 accountancy firm, has purchased O’Sullivan Malone Accountants in Carrick on Suir, Co. Tipperary.
Details of the acquisition cost has not been made public.
O’Sullivan Malone Accountants is renowned for delivering specialized advice and services in accountancy, taxation, business, and wealth management. Its client portfolio spans various sectors, including farming, SMEs, and voluntary/not-for-profit organisations.
The addition of O’Sullivan Malone further expands ifac‘s national network, now comprising 30 offices and a dedicated team of 500 professionals.
Ifac was established in 1975 and is at the forefront of supporting Ireland’s farming, food, and agribusiness communities.
This latest strategic acquisition closely follows ifac‘s integration of Friel Stafford, a Dublin based boutique insolvency and corporate recovery specialist and Caroline Gordon Accountants in Mayo.
