Tipperary GAA, LGFA & Camogie has confirmed the breakdown of the €1 Million JP McManus donation that will be paid to each club in the county.
The Board says the distribution of funds will commence in the coming days, with all payments being concluded no later than 31st January 2024.
71 GAA clubs will share a total of €486,301, 39 Camogie clubs in the county will share €267,123 and 36 LGFA clubs will share € 246,575.
This means that the 146 clubs in Tipperary will receive a total payment of €6849.31 per club.
Tipperary GAA is acknowledging and thanking JP McManus, his wife Noreen, and their children for their incredible generosity towards the Gaelic Games community in Tipperary.
Mr McManus donated €1M to each County to be shared equally between GAA, Camogie and Ladies Gaelic Football clubs.
In 2018 Mr McManus, a key sponsor of the Limerick Senior Hurling Team, donated €100,000 to each county GAA board for distribution to related clubs.
