Gardaí investigating the fatal assault of Maciej Nowak at a residence near Kilross, on Wednesday, 27th December 2023 have made two further arrests.
Two males aged in their 30s were arrested last evening as part of this investigation in the Dublin area.
Both are currently detained under section 30 of the Offences against the State Act, 1939 at a Garda Station in County Tipperary.
One other man, Tomas Rozpeda has been charged with assault causing harm in connection with Mr Nowak’s death and is remanded in prison to appear before Tipperary District Court sitting in Nenagh on January 24th.
Garda are awaiting instructions on charges from the Director of Public prosecutions and say that there is a possibility of other charges being brought against Mr Rozpeda.
Garda say their investigations are ongoing.
