Tipp Town Business To Open Second Premises In Cahir

A Tipperary town business operator is to open a second premises in nearby Cahir town.

Rosie Roberts, the owner of Oh Sugar Coffee and Bakehouse is to take over Irwin’s on the Square in Cahir.

The Tipperary town location on Davis Street will celebrate two years in business in February and Rosie says she is excited to be working on expanding her business.

Ms Roberts is a very experienced and talented baker/cake decorator living in county Tipperary for over 18 years.

The premises in Cahir will offer more seating and the plan is to operate from Wednesday to Sunday inclusive between 11am and 8pm initially.

Irwin’s will offer a similar top quality hospitality venue but with more opportunity to expand the menu available.

As with the Tipperary location the venue will be dog friendly. At present staff are being sought for the new location and the opening date is set for February 15th.

The Davis street location, Tipperary town is expected to continue in operation as the business expands.
