School bus services in West Tipperary/East limerick operated by Cotter coaches will be operating as normal this evening.
The company had cancelled upwards of fifteen routes this morning due to the road conditions. The company will continue to post updates on it’s social media pages.
Met Eireann has issued a Cold Weather advisory across Ireland for the coming week with temperatures of minus 3 expected each night until Friday.
Sharp/severe frost, icy patches and dense fog at times may lead to hazardous/dangerous travelling conditions.
Temperatures are expected to drop to around -5 degrees Celsius overnight as a Status Yellow Low Temperature warning is issued for Ireland. The weather warning will be in effect from 9pm tonight until 10am tomorrow.
