Tipperary County Council is to give a decision on a planning application to enable the construction of sixteen new homes in Kilross by February 23rd.
The application, from Patrick Carroll, seeks permission for the demolition of an existing commercial and residential building in Kilross.
The proposal is to construct four new two-storey semi-detached homes, six ground floor apartments, and six duplex apartments. The application was lodged with the planning authority on December 21st.
