Tipperary workers on average earned 44, 678 euro last year according to data from the Central Statistics Office.
The data shows those aged 40 to 49 earn the most in the Premier County while those aged 15 to 24 took home the least.
Those living in the capital are the highest earners in the country, with an average figure of more than 60 thousand euro, while people in Monaghan took home the lowest earnings, with just over €40,000.
When it comes to gender men also earned slightly more than women last year.
