The Cashel Chamber of Commerce says it’s important that Christmas lights aren’t messed with, following damage to the festive lights in the Christmas Tree on the Plaza two weeks ago.
Following reports of the light not turning on, an investigation carried out by an electrician revealed the damage was done on the same weekend the lights were switched on.
The Chamber had to source new lights which took a few days to sort out.
The Chamber says messing with the lights isn’t cool, and fixing them up again costs their organisation and local businesses quite a bit.
