Gardaí in Tipperary Town have arrested a male (20s) on suspicion of drink/drug driving last night, following the discovery of a vehicle in suspicious circumstances in the Golden area.
The driver was arrested and a follow-up search of the vehicle revealed a quantity of suspected cocaine and items associated with drug dealing.
A number of weapons were also recovered from the vehicle.
A court appearance will follow.
