Three local organisations have benefited from the proceeds of the Roche’s Pub Tractor & Vehicle Run held on October 16th.
This year the event was dedicated to the memory of two local men Liam Landers and Miko Heffernan – the men who died in 2022 and 2023 respectively were deeply involved in tractor runs and vintage events.
€10,000 was presented to the South Tipperary Hospice Movement, €1,500 to Cluain Arann Community Hospital in Tipperary town and €3,500 to the Tipperary Excel Centre Cinema Fund.
The Excel Cinema has been operating on a restricted system since June 15th and needs to raise significant funds before the servers used to download and distribute new release films can be restored to working order.
The organisers led by Lorcan Roche are extending thanks to all those that assisted, participated and supported the fundraising event.
