Minister for Rural and Community Development, Heather Humphreys will announce the winners of the SuperValu Tidy Towns competition for 2023 at Croke Park today.
The ceremony will begin at shortly before noon and the winners will be announced at approximately 1pm.
Over 600 Tidy Towns volunteers from all across Ireland will attend the SuperValu Tidy Towns awards ceremony at Croke Park in Dublin with the event live-streamed to thousands more online.
This year marks the 65th anniversary of the prestigious competition and, with nearly 900 community groups involved, it attracted one of its highest level of entries to date.
The SuperValu Tidy Towns competition is organised by the Department of Rural and Community Development and sponsored by SuperValu.
Local Groups will be able to access the Judge’s reports on their entry from shortly after 1pm on the tidytowns.ie website.
