A Culture Night (September 22nd) event planned for Tipperary Town is advising of a change of venue. Members of the Irish Wheelchair Association Tipperary South will now give their performance at the Moorehaven Centre at 7.30pm The performance is a collaborative work involving members of IWA Tipperary South and Creative Places Tipperary Town.
For several weeks work to write, record and learn how to play musical instruments has been ongoing leading up to the event titled Our Towns Too. The public are also invited to join in rehearsals at 5.30pm but the main performance is scheduled for 7.30pm in the Moorehaven Centre on O’Brien Street.
It is understood that the lift at the Excel Centre remains out of order prompting the change of venue. Two other events are already planned for the Excel Centre including a film screening at 7.30pm and a Club Ceol performance at 8pm.
