Garda in Thurles are thanking the business community for their assistance and co-operation.
An investigation into a number of reported thefts from shops in the Thurles town area over the past number of days resulted in Garda arresting a male.
The man was detained for questioning and subsequently charged with three counts of theft, one count of trespass and one count of possession of drugs.
The man appeared before Nenagh District Court and has now been remanded in custody.
