Motorists Warned Of Roadworks On Tipp Town’s Main Street

313

Drivers on the N24 passing through Tipperary Town are reminded of ongoing roadworks.

There are no road markings in place at present and drivers are asked to observe the pedestrian crossing at Kickham plaza and to not impede the flow of traffic at junctions in the town centre despite the absence of road markings. In addition, drivers are warned of uneven surfaces on the roadways and some exposed utility covers.  A culvert that collapsed at the junction of O’Brien and Main Street last week has now been repaired.

The night time road works on the Main street in Tipperary town will continue each night this week starting at 8pm each evening and continuing until approximately 7am the following morning. The works are being completed by the Breedon Group.
