Garda attached to the Tipperary Roads Policing unit have seized a car near Thurles after observing it being driven in an erratic manner.
Garda established that the driver was an unaccompanied learner driver.
The person subsequently failed a DrugWipe test for Cocaine & Cannabis and was arrested on suspicion of Drug Driving.
Court Charges are now to follow.
