Wimbledon has a new Men’s Champion after 20-year-old Carlos Alcaraz defeated Novak Djokovic, the 7 time Wimbledon Champion, in yesterday’s final. Racing superstar, Tipperary woman Rachel Blackmore and boyfriend Brian Hayes were guests in the Royal Box for the event before a packed house at the All England Club. A further Irish flavour was evident on the day when Fergus Murphy, Dublin, was selected to umpire the Men’s Final.
