Tipperary County Council is inviting public input to a new Local Economic & Community Plan (LECP) to cover the period 2023-2028. The plan is intended to guide the future sustainable economic and community development of the county over the next five years.
The Council has prepared a draft Socio-Economic Statement which is now available on the council website or a hard copy can be requested from the council.
The public are now asked to complete a survey to give their views on the future development of county Tipperary. The survey can be accessed from the council website until July 14th and it is expected that most people will complete the survey in 10 – 12 minutes. This survey gathers a personal profile of the respondent and asks them to rank priorities for the county over the next 6 years or to add their own priority issue. The public are asked to identify what the challenges will be over the next 6 years and how these can be managed. The link for the survey can be found here.
Alternatively, written submissions may be posted to the following address: LECP Consultation, Tipperary County Council, Ballingarrane House, Clonmel.
